As a certified massage therapist and reiki master, Lyndsey has been offering sessions in the

Asheville and Black Mountain area for over 10 years.

Through her studies at the Heartwood Institute in Northern California, The Asheville School of Massage and Yoga, Shanti School, and the Center for Massage and Natural Health, she pulls from many different lineages and styles of healing touch.

Lyndsey weaves together a unique session through Swedish, deep tissue, reiki, polarity, myofascial, Esalen and many other modalities.
