complimentary to your massage.

Long, rhythmic and soothing strokes with some stretching, helps melt tension, reduce stress, increase circulation, and just let go.  Can modify pressure according to preference.

DEEP TISSUE 

60 minute - $75

 90 minute - $115

More focused work on a specific area of the body. Focusing on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. This includes static pressure to reduce trigger points, myofascial release for restricted areas, cross fiber friction and stretching. If you want a true deep tissue massage for an injury or problem area, I suggest spending the session with an area of focus, not a full body massage.

 

*If you are suffering from chronic pain, I may also include a posture analysis and review lifestyle habits, to get a better idea where the discomfort is stemming from.

THE PERFECT BLEND

A lovely combination of relaxing swedish strokes, some focused deep tissue work, including stretching and energetic balancing.  The blend is perfect for someone looking to relax, unwind, have a full body experience, but also wants to focus on a specific area.
