Winter Solstice Gathering with Clare Duplace, Community Herbalist

With the hustle and bustle of the holidays; whatever celebrations you call yours, let us take a slow moment together. Let us gather together in the sacred and safe space we have created, to share and reflect on the solstice- what it means to you, how you support both the light and dark within and what you are seeking to let go of and bring in, as the end of the year approaches. We will have our free write time, optional sharing and tea, as usual.
Bring a pillow or blanket to sit on, journal, pen, an open-mind, & open-heart. (Energetic exchange welcomed $10-15).
